Your membership provides you with many rewards – not only will you grow in your own vocation of service, but you will be “cheerleader” and support system to a group of men that are dedicating their life to Christ. What better way to help our faith community grow than by supporting those that will one day be leading our parishes? It is a gift that keeps on giving.
We have two types of members, Active and Supporting. Our Active Members pay annual dues of $15 per year and commit volunteer hours to our association. Supporting Members, are not ready to commit specific hours, but want help out when they can, maybe they can only support a seminarian, or volunteer for a fundraiser, or give items to the supply basket when they have the time. We appreciate all the members that make up Assumption Seminary Associates.
Member Opportunities
Meetings
Learn about our great work and what opportunities we are planning! Our morning meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month (except June and July), at 10 am at the Church of the Holy Spirit – Family Center. Afterwards, join us for hospitality luncheon. We also have quarterly evening meetings at 6:30 pm at the Church of the Holy Spirit- Family Center. See our calendar for upcoming meeting times and locations.
Support a Seminarian
Be a spiritual friend to a seminarian. We have a list of seminarians that need prayer and support. Pray daily for your seminarian and for seminarians throughout the world (Mass, Rosary, Hourly Adoration, our own words, etc.). Send a note, picture or card on special feast days or holidays, or a “just because” note of encouragement. Pray about and ponder your own personal vocational call. This is a great opportunity to spiritually encourage your seminarian and for you to grow with Christ.

Attend in Prayer the Vocation Holy Hours
Participate in ordinations and ministries that have scheduled Vocation Holy Hours. Times and locations will be sent via email to our members.
